Portland Police Bureau has put a call out for information that leads to the arrest of Lonnell Demarcus George. George, 23, is suspected of murder in the homicide of 18-year-old Edward Jewell Paden Jr.

Paden was shot March 27, 2013, at Northeast 60th Avenue and Killingsworth Street in the Cully neighborhood. George has a prior record of gun offenses. Detectives say he has gang connections and could be armed and dangerous.

Police says anyone who sees George should call 911 immediately, but do not confront him.

Anyone with information about the homicide is asked to contact Detective Rico Beniga at (503) 823-0457 or email [email protected]
